Emeril, I love this recipe. You have such flavor to the crab cakes,the panko is the kicker. The corn maque choux is creamy buttery and oh soooo good. The combination of crab cakes and maque choux is pure cajun bliss (yes i am cajun ). The tomato jam was just enough sweetness along side the crab cakes and maque choux...I LOVE ALL YOUR RECIPES AND"
