"I just saw the recipe on today's show and decided that this Lasagna would be PERFECT on this chilly, windy day - it was delicious. I did alter it a bit (way less olive oil and not as much mozarella) so that some family members could enjoy and not be concerned over the richness and also made the escarole on the side which was just as good.
