It was not anything to do with the cheeses not being at room temp, melindan. Mine were and I had the same problem. I used a mixer instead of food processor, but I don't see how that could make a difference. It just separated and looked like tapioca when sliced. Also, the crust directions need to be clarified. It was also greasy and crumbled. "
