"This is true comfort food at it's best! It is the perfect recipe in every way, It tasted great and was easy and quick to prepare. The only thing that I did different, I doubled the sauce for the top of the meatloaf. I am not much of a fan of meatloaf, but I am now after trying out this recipe. It is a keeper."

"I absolutely love this Gratin recipe. I use both zucchini and yellow squash. Sometimes I add red pepper too, which turns it into a veggie gratin. "Talk about yummy comfort food. I omitted the wine. Made an extra cup of sauce. I also omitted the potato chips and used panko bread crumbs with melted butter. This is a new tradition to have Tetrazzini while decorating for Christmas with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I just know the leftovers will warm up real well for work tomorrow!""
