The nutmeg was too strong for me. Also, I substituted applesauce for the oil and the loaf ended up being too dry. Maybe a half substitution would've fared better.

I probably would';ve titled this "World';s Decent Cinnamon Raisin Bread" as it was just ok. I followed Greeny';s modifications. Take note of the reduced bake time. My bread probably would';ve turned to charcoal if I had followed the 45 min prescribed in the original recipe."

I found these pretzels to be too salty, even without the pretzel salt sprinkled on top. I would probably cut the salt to 1-1.5 tsp. Other than that, they tasted great. Also, I only needed to bake for 11 min. I also made some cinnamon sugar ones. You have to sprinkle a lot of sugar on top to taste any trace of sweetness."

These pancakes were way too salty. After making and eating them, I looked up some other pancake recipes and they ask for about one-third the amount of salt prescribed in this recipe. Also, the batter was very sticky and thus did not create circular pancakes when dropped on the griddle."
