Holy Cow! This one's a keeper! The title of MY version of this recipe is "Korean Chicken Thighs", as I'm not a fan of the wings. Made the sauce exactly as instructed, but amped the heat just a little. Served it with white rice and steamed broccoli. No one spoke...just mmm. Guy, you are awesome. Thanks!"

Reviewed Mac and Cheese

As always, I made this exactly by the recipe the first time. It was delicious. Made it again this last weekend and omitted the baking with the breadcrumbs and tomatoes. Stirred the cheese and milk into the noodles and it disappeared. Also used swiss cheese instead of gruyere; saved 10-12 dollars and it was just as delicious!! Thanks, Ina. "

Reviewed Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce

This is a review for the Spicy Peanut Sauce. I made my own chicken skewers and marinade.
I made a couple of little changes to the sauce; didn't use fish sauce, otherwise used these measured ingredients. Since we like spicey, I upped the chili-garlic sauce. It was so good! We ate the leftover sauce with some celery sticks. Excellent!<...

Reviewed Raspberry Cream Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes today for my family. I couldn't decide between strawberries or raspberries--so I made some of each!!
Also, to "compare", I made some with softened cream cheese beaten into the filling and some just like the recipe.
They were ALL delicious. We almost wiped them all out, trying to decide which one was our favorite....
