“Super easy, readily available ingredients, and quick.
I did omitted nutmeg as per other reviews.
Creamy and rich, but very healthy! Perfect for winter lunches.
Also made seafood chowder with this soup recipe base, just omitting broccoli and cheese, adding a bit of carrots and celery, clams, crab meat and salmon....”
