Agree that these are awesome if you modify to your preference. We use beer instead of wine in the braise and throw them on the grill for 10-15 minutes after coming out of the braise.

We also slice them in 2-3 rib segments, serve with sauce on the side. I've been making my own sauces (so easy and so good) so everyone gets the variety...
