Best! Turkey! Ever!! I was so please with how this turned out, and so were my guests at dinner. I used thyme instead of rosemary as the latter has a tendency to be a bit strong but the meat was fragrant and juicy, the skin beautifully crisp; I was in Thanksgiving heaven. Thank you, Anne!""

Outrageously good! If you want to impress guests to an easy, yet elegant meal this is the way to go. My husband loves the saffron cream sauce on salmon as well as sea bass. Fantastic with a nice chilled glass of sauvignon blanc.""
