Reviewed Deep Fried Poached Egg Over Heirloom Tomato
"So happy to see this recipe. My fav steak house serves these on their spinach salads with warm bacon dressing, and I've been dying to make it myself but could not figure out how they made them. I can't wait to try! So thank you, thank you!"

"2/27/11: OMG, this was so easy and so very good. It looks very impressive. I would happily take it to any potluck. I served 1/4 as a portion, but it is so filling we each ate only half of it. It will serve 6-8 easily. I served it with mussels and olive foccacia bread. It was delicious and we plan to eat leftovers again tonight with turkey thighs. "

Reviewed Spinach Fettuccini with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
"Hello, Did any of the reviewers who didn't care for gorgonzola watch the show? Rachel mentions a specific kind of gorgonzola that is SWEET, not strong nor sharp like regular gorgonzola is. Whoever listed the ingredients failed to specify gorgonzola dolce (I think that was what she called it.) "
