This has become one of my favorite go-to meals. My husband who is an extremely picky eater liked this too. I used more cornstarch than Ree indicated to thicken up the gravy. I also simmered the patties in the gravy for 10-15 minutes to ensure that it's cooked through. Meat comes out tender and the gravy is delicious. Will try the suggestion o"
