"I have made lots of different zucchini bread recipe's and this has been the best one so far. The spices and hint of lemon were just right. I made the 5 smaller loaves and the top of each loaf got a little crunchy which I love on zucchini bread. I used 1 cup of butter instead of veg oil. So moist and flavorful and I will be making again!""
