I made a half recipe . Added some fresh rosemary, and extra tbsp. of olive oil, and increased cooking time to 30 minutes. Very tasty. Would make again

I made this using provolone cheese, multigrain bakery bread, and thin proscuitto ham. For my own special touch I added mushrooms sauteed in a little butter, placed on top of the ham.
