really delicious and so easy! definitely a great choice when you want a yummy dinner but dont have much time. I';ve made it exactly as the recipe states several times and it';s fantastic - perfect mix of garlic, lemon, butter and heat. Tonight I';m gonna toss in some broccoli florets to make it a one-dish quickie dinner."

So easy and delicious!! I found the recipe and made these on a whim as an appetizer....I only had frozen shrimp and the only fresh herb I had was cilantro. The skewers were still the biggest hit of the meal! I'm making them again for the 4th of July and DEFINITELY using the cilantro again."

I used a taco seasoning pack which gave a little more taco flavor, I served with Sour cream dollop on top, definitely a plus. Dont skip the green onions, you really need that texture. You could add more stuff inside with the meat, maybe next time I'll ad...

As other reviewers stated, this is a family pleaser. Dad and teenage boys agreed this MUST go on our "regular rotation" of meals. The grated onion in the patty is one of the keys! Made the gravy and steaks exactly as called for in the recipe and they turned out fantastic.""
