I made this last night and my guys all 3 said it was best cake hands down that I ever made lol. The combination of the rich buttermilk, the Bourbon, the ground pecans in the batter, and the fresh peaches make it very unique and moist and dense. HOWEVER. I baked it like it said on 375 degrees, but I baked on "convection" and it was done in only 35...

I have been on a lactose and gluten free diet for months now and craving never stop. I am so very lucky to have come across this recipe because it is DELICIOUS and I am very hard to please! I made exactly as written but didn';t have dried chives so tripled the amount with fresh chives. Absolutely amazing!"
