My boys said they were like huge meatballs grilled like burgers. Only modifications I made were: Used Italian Sausage because I didn't have any Turkey on hand; My family likes it saucier, so I did add a can of Tomato Sauce, as one reviewer suggested; I didn't have any goat cheese so I made without; and lastly, I used 2 Egg"
