Reviewed Carrot and Yam Puree
"This is sooo good. I made this and put it under a grilled Talipia topped with a medley of corn, black beans, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. SO DELICIOUS!! My hubby couldn't stop talking about how much flavor it added. Will make again and experiment with what it can go with."
Reviewed "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"Very good. I used a salad spinner to dry the cauliflower. This is a delicous base recipe; there's a lot you can add to make this even better. I loved that it had a "decadent" feel to it. I felt almost like I had mashed potatoes but none of the guilt of cheating on my low-carb diet! Try it."
Reviewed Cream Cheese Icing
"Very delicious! The almond extract adds a little something extra. I halved the recipe and used on her coconut cupcakes. "
"This is so delicious. A must try. Really satisfies the need for fried cheese!"

"Love this. The tomato basil cream sauce is to die for. Definitely doesn't need 3 cups though - I just eyeballed it. I used Marscopone cheese, not the ricotta. I topped it with a shredded cheese blend of Parmesan, Asiago and Fontina. This was so worth the time it took to stuff those shells. We felt like we were eating at a four star Italian restaur"
Reviewed San Francisco Cioppino
"I made this last night and it's so delicious. I added some old bay seasoning to the stew and also added plum san marzano tomatos. We omitted the squid and added haibut, mahi mahi, lobster and cod. SO GOOD!! I'm from the Bay Area (south of SF) and I felt like I was in SF. Mopped it up with tons of Boudin Sourdough bread. I'm drooling just thinking"
