Very easy and delicious! I added extra lemon by way of using a Meyer Lemon infused Olive Oil (I really like lemony foods). We're making this for the second time tonight. I also like to add clams, lobster and even rock cod cut into pieces. "

I made this on Sunday 7/9 for my family who was visiting. It was a big hit. It sounds like a weird combo but it's really good. Of course, you must love feta and dill."

Love this. The tomato basil cream sauce is to die for. Definitely doesn't need 3 cups of cream though - I just eyeballed it. I used Marscopone cheese, not the ricotta. I also did a combo of hot and sweet Italian sausage. I topped it with a shredded cheese blend of Parmesan, Asiago and Fontina. This was so worth the time it took to stuff those shel"

This is sooo good. I made this and put it under a grilled Talipia topped with a medley of corn, black beans, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. SO DELICIOUS!! My hubby couldn't stop talking about how much flavor it added. Will make again and experiment with what it can go with."

Very good. I used a salad spinner to dry the cauliflower. This is a delicous base recipe; there's a lot you can add to make this even better. I loved that it had a "decadent" feel to it. I felt almost like I had mashed potatoes but none of the guilt of cheating on my low-carb diet! Try it."

Very delicious! The almond extract adds a little something extra. I halved the recipe and used on her coconut cupcakes. "

I thought this was delicious, it reminded me of a kicked up chili. The ranch REALLY threw me off at first and I debated even adding it. I read through a bunch of reviews but most people didn't even mention it. I finally saw one person say they also hesitated but added it ...so I did. I honestly don't even know what it brought to the table as you c"

This is out of this world delicious. I cut back on the oil and used canola oil instead of vegetable. I also added sliced water chestnuts, shredded carrots, a little bit of red cabbage and edamame because I love that extra crunch. Definitely a winner if you like a peanuty sauce!"

I made this last night and it's so delicious. I added some old bay seasoning to the stew and also added plum san marzano tomatos. We omitted the squid and added haibut, mahi mahi, lobster and cod. SO GOOD!! I'm from the Bay Area (south of SF) and I felt like I was in SF. Mopped it up with tons of Boudin Sourdough bread. I'm drooling just thinking"
