Reviewed Cod Fish Cakes
"I miss Gorton's canned codfish cakes (which I grew up eating). These were close, but no banana. Still good though. The cakes were beautiful. My oldest son says he likes these better than the canned cakes, so that was a big plus. The salted cod wasn't easy to find. I got some at Whole Foods for $8.99 a pound. Add the cost of 3 large russet potatoes and it is definitely more expensive than $1.50 a can. "
