Reviewed Tilapia with Escarole and Lemon-Pepper Oil

One of the best and easiest meals I've made! I did remove the oregano before serving since it was a little too strong for my tastes. Also, I added grated parmesan to the potatoes and it really took it to a different level. I do not cook fish that often but this was the easiest recipe. I would definitely recommend it!"
