"I am just getting a groove of the soup winter. This is to make food go further and save money. Absolutely superb. My husband has taken the leftovers to work for 2 days straight. The only thing I did per a recommendation of a friend, is I kept the noodles separate and stored separate as well so they did not absorb the broth. This is a definite keeper. I have never been a fan of Minestrone but this was perfect!!
