"I just made this recipe and I couldn't wait to rate it. I just followed the recipe, made it the night before, grilled for about 3-5 minutes on both sides then baked it for 15 minutes. It tastes really good, and very tender and moist. Love it. Thanks Guy! Will definitely make this on my summer BBQ party :)"
