Reviewed Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya

This was an amazing jambalaya. I had only had jabalaya once before and the recipe was wet with soggy shrimp. This recipe is just perfect. Rice is cook to perfection with firm shrimp and just the exact amount of spice. There are only three of us here so we cut the recipe exactly in 1/2 and it was perfection. Plenty of leftovers for later too. ...
