Reviewed Greek Quinoa Salad

Aug 10, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Simple - delicious -healthy. What else can you ask for in a salad?

This is going to be a huge hit at our family cookout.

The only changes I made - I like to cook my quinoa in chicken stock for more flavor and I added the zest of the lemon to the dressing as well as the juice.

Thanks Bobby...

Nov 24, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Wow - this recipe is so simple and so delicious - Decided to make it along side the regular turkey so that we would have more white meat and more left overs. That plan backfired when everyone tasted it - there was none left for the day after!
I could not find leeks so I ended up using regular onions but the recipe was perfect. Could hardly...

Easy recipe - it did take longer than expected to rise - but worth the wait! I used a bit more brown sugar for a sweeter flavor in the middle. Good things come to those who wait, right?

Thanks Ellie!"

Excellent recipe! I used half coconut milk and half whole milk for a different flavor. I also added a 1/4 cup of raisins for additional texture and sweetness. Definitely took longer to finish cooking when I added the rice to the liquids - but worth the wait! Will make this again and again! Thanks David!"

OMG - this is amazing! I marinated the pork with the rub on it for two days in the fridge. I think that this made the flavor even more amazing. Also - my shoulder was about 11 pounds - so it cooked for a couple of hours longer than the recipe called for. My husband said "I can eat this morning noon and night." Thanks Anne!""

This is a simple and delicious recipe - so impressive when it comes out of the oven! The butcher took care of the twine, and frenching the bones, etc. so I did not have any fat/extra to put on the bottom for extra flavor. I lined the bottom of the roasting pan foil and a few pieces of bacon. YUM!
