"This was really good. The chicken stayed moist and tender. I was worried that it would have too much of a bell pepper flavor, but the roasted bell peppers were just perfect for this recipe. It was a nice balance with the Chile peppers."

"These are the best baked potatoes. My turned out seasoned perfectly and very fluffy on the inside. I used the leftovers to create a stuffed potato. This is the only way I bake potatoes now.

"I made this tonight after watching her show today. I thought it turned out good, but it was a bit on the spicy side for me. Next time I'll either cut back a bit on the Cayenne or try the combo of spices that foodrevue suggested.
