Incredible! I am very glad that I came across this. The best dressing I have ever had. My Husband and 4 year old daughter LOVED it also. Instead of the anchovy paste I had to use anchovies, so I threw everything in the blender and mixed it that way. I also found the equivalent of anchovies to anchovy paste just to be exact in flavor."

Awesome dish.
I used pork tenderloin like one of the other reviewers, and used white wine vinegar instead of cider (I had not realized it was expired until I took it out to use it for this dish).
About an hour before adding the pineapple chunks and cornstarch mix is when I added the juice, I had none on hand in the morning so went out...

The changes I made were the following: adding a table spoon of poppy seeds and I may have, by accident, added a cup of milk with lemon juice (substituted for buttermilk). We thought they were plenty sweet and there was no need for the additional sugar others had suggested. "

I followed the recipe mostly, but instead of a 1/4 cup of sugar, I used an 1/8 cup.
The dough did not come together and I had to look elsewhere for a recipe after waisting the supplies I had used in the first dough attempt.
The filling was not my favoriet, way too sweet even with using 1/2 the sugar. Next time I will just use farmer's...
