This was tasty! Very tasty! We roasted potatoes and carrots, but otherwise, followed the recipe. Yummy!

Very tasty! I needed a little more time for the potatoes to cook through. This was not too difficult and very tasty!

Loved the cheesy flavor mixed with crispy pasta. I can understand the "bland" comments. But it's definitely cheesy. Pretty kid friendly too.

Dec 22, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Absolutely delicious! It's a little time consuming and a lot of work, but it's EASY work, just a lot to do. Just be patient. The pork comes out VERY flavorful and tender, the stuffing is a PERFECT flavor complement to the pork. Would be a nice "fancy" meal to make for guests (we just made it for our family of five) as it presents well when sli...

Reviewed Shrimp and Chorizo in Garlic Sauce

Oct 12, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Pretty tasty! I followed the advice of many other reviewers and didn't put nearly that much oil in. I made a few other adjustments so as to not be too spicy for my kids. This was very tasty. Served ours over rice.

Loved the recipe. Baking then grilling worked great! I listened to the reviews and used way less vinegar and the sauce came out awesome too. DELICIOUS!"

Reviewed Shrimp Enchiladas with Guajillo Salsa

Aug 11, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Very tasty! Now, this takes way longer to make than the recipe states because you have to make the sauce first. The recipe preparation time does not include the sauce, just the enchiladas. Unless you have left over sauce, count on a good 4 hours. That said, this is so yummy!"

This was pretty good! Just a tad bit dry, so i squeezed some more lemon on the finished product. Tasty! FYI - The recipe states this feeds four. I used three cans of salmon and followed the recipe and this could have fed six or maybe even eight."

Sorry, but YUCK! I love lentils and potatoes and cilantro. But this mixture didn't work for me. Another reviewer mentioned you need to like cilantro. I think this has a very "Indian" food flavor and you would have to like Indian food to like this meal. After all the show was all about Indian food. But sorry, I took just a couple of bites the"

Mar 10, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

LOVED the flavor of this dish! Didn't have cloves on hand and almost just left it out, but I used cinnamon instead. Glad I did, it really added to the whole flavor. I only did the first half of the recipe -- Spanish Beef and Vegetables on rice. It was fabulous! I'm sure this flavorful meat/rice mixture will be great in stuffed peppers as well."

I didn't see the show, only this recipe through a search on Foodnetwork. Mine did not come out crispy. Tasted OK but will have to really blot the water out like others suggested next time. It was still good, but not crispy as you'd want these to be. Will try again for sure."

Reviewed Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice

Feb 22, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Didn't care for this much. Actually, when i saw this recipe, i thought to myself that I don't think i'd care for mixing rice with cilantro/garlic/lime flavors but i tried it anyway. And that's exactly what the rice tasted like. So if the thought of rice with those flavors sounds good to you, you will probably like it."

Easy to make, but like a few others said, it took a little longer than 16 minutes and was a tad bit salty. Not unbearable though. Tasty and worth making again. We used carrots and red bell pepper instead of peas."
