why is the salt content listed it at over 1,000 if the recipe only calls for 1/4 tsp. salt? Doesn't make sense. I don't buy any products that use that amount of salt and use only low salt products. I like the taste of the food, no..."

I forgot to add that I used part vinegar and part lemon juice since I only had a little vinegar. Tastes fine. ""
