Reviewed Mexican Lasagna
"This was a really fast and easy dish that any picky eater will enjoy. I was able to have dinner on my table it just over 30 min and there was no left overs. I changed two this used plain tortillas and fresh salsas. This one is going in the book!"
"This was a so good that even my mother, who is a picky eater liked it. I did make some changes to the recipe. I left out the anchovy and substituted cilantro for the flat leaf parsley. The cilantro really gave the chicken salad a refreshing taste.
"I made this stuffing last year and my family loved it. I did make some changes I used sweet pork sausage instead of turkey sausage, roasted and peeled my own chestnuts and substituted ciabatta bread for the corn bread. However when using ciabatta you must use more chicken stock because the ciabatta is drier then the corn bread. This year when I make it the only thing I will do differently is buy jared chestnuts; they were such a pain to peel even with both my brothers helping me.
