"Great, easy recipe. Definitely compliments a morning cup of coffee well. I followed the instructions as they are, and was a little skeptical, but after I turned the bundt pan over and saw the coffee cake with all the gooey butterscotch goodness running down the side of it... I was amazed. I just made this last week and I'm already going to try it again. This time I am going to use lemon pudding mix, a small amount of regular granulated sugar, and then dust the top with powdered sugar after it comes out of the oven. Can't wait to try other pudding flavors as well! Very versatile recipe."
