This apple crisp is AWESOME! It is the best apple crisp I have ever had. I think the maple syrup and pecans really take this dessert to the next level.

It's even better paired with French vanilla ice cream. The cold ice cream with the hot crisp is just surreal. Awesome!

The lemon cream sauce was perfect, and the salmon was good. It's really difficult to mess up salmon anyway, even with a little bit of salt and pepper you can't go wrong.
