I kind of re-worked this recipe as I went. I did not have the shrimp or cream. I started with a caramelize diced onion then added the garlic, pepper flakes, 1 tsp. capers and tomatoes. I have two boys (17 & 20). I made this for dinner last night. I made it much easier by using one big casserole dish as well as used the Pepperidge Farm pre-made frozen pastry sheets. That made it much simpler. IT WAS A HIT!.....
