I like my food spicy, so I add several more tsp of red peppers. I try to stay away from carbs, but when I make it for guests, I'll serve it over a bed of pasta. This is D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!""

When I was I child, my mom would always give me carrots and cucumber with salt and LOTS of lemon as a treat, so I guess I'm just used to a lot more acid. Please give this recipe a try.""

"O-M-G! Paula never fails. I added 1 small can of green chili's and baked it for about 15 min longer so it wouldn't be mushy. The extra 15 min made sure it was perfect inside. The green chili's really gives it that extra flavor. My boyfriend LOVED it. Out of all the sides I've made, this is his favorite one."
