Reviewed Garlic Spaghetti
"Only one 15-ounce can of crushed tomatoes to sauce a pound of spaghetti? Really? I got by with one 28-ounce can and added sauteed mushrooms for some bulk and texture appeal while keeping vegetarian. Couldn't stand to put in more than 4 tablespoons of butter and even then tried to forget it was in there. Otherwise simple and good.
