Reviewed American-Style Potato Salad
"This was amazing! This was my first try at a traditional classic potato salad and I followed the recipe exact except for adding hard boiled eggs and paprika. I also didn't have any thyme left so I used a blend of italian spices and oregano and it turned out wonderful! My boyfriend said it was awesome. This will definitely be my traditional potat"
Reviewed Red Pepper and Tapenade Slices
"I loved this easy dish! I make it a lot as a lunchtime meal, but it would be a great snack as well. I baked the crescent rolls 5 mins prior to adding everything just so they wouldn't get soggy as some the other reviewers had a problem with this. I also used pesto sauce instead of the olive tapenade, just to make it a little less salty and its what I had on hand. Perfect!"
Reviewed Spicy Chicken Tenders with Honey-Mustard
"These were amazing!! The combination of the spices gave it a nice kick but not overly spicy. I used 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of the cornmeal, a decision based on some other reviews. I also added garlic powder to the rest of the spices. I did not have a problem with the bread crumbs falling off the chicken as some others did. If you use enough olive oil to drizzle over before baking, they should be fine. Definitely a 5 star recipe! And super easy to make!"
