"This is a fantastic recipe! I have used it with my oven, electric roaster, and fire pit and it always turns out great. This recipe works with tied boneless leg or tied shoulder. I do leave out the wine (less cost) and it does not affect the flavor. As a U.S. lamb producer, this is the recipe that I use to introduce people to lamb. Thank you In""
