Love these tenders! I mix in 3/4 cup of almond meal. Great flavor and crunch. Try Romano Cheese for a slightly saltier flavor. These were just delicious! I doubled the recipe for a buffet, and everyone loved them! I didn't bother with the dip. I mixed the breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, and macadamia nut meal (3/4 cup each) together. Delicious! Gave a mild nutty flavor. A great recipe!

Although it doesn't specify in this recipe, the recipe in her holiday cookbook says you can make it up to 2 days before then bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes

This show was so good! Nancy is a breath of fresh air! I will try this stew and the pumpkin pie.... They look great... Her family is so nice, even her "bad to the bone" grandchild. :-) Will tune her in on Sunday morning... My husband couldn't stop laughing....

Was very dissappointed... The waitress told us that Guy was there 2 years ago and since then the cook had left... There were 4 choices for entrees. The fish was fresh, what there was of it.... small portions. wouldn't go back, nothing special..."

The flavors were good,but..... I didn't watch the show,just saw the recipe on site and followed it. One person mentioned that once the layered ziti was in the pan, Gina mixed it together with utensils. The recipe didn't include these instructions. That wasn't helpful. It was very difficult to mix the cheeses w/the fresh spinach. Why not just mix it...

This gravy was delicious! Also so easy! I'm so glad to finally have a wonderful gravy recipe when I don't have the drippings on hand. I used half and half instead of heavy cream to lessen the fat, and it made no difference in the flavor.... Thanks Ina, as usual, a winner!

Delicious! I used Leftover green tomatoes at the end of the season in September. I was afraid they would be bitter, but the casserole was wonderful! Will use plum tomatoes next time and garlic croutons as some people suggested. Thank you Ina! Love your cooking! Can't wait for the next cookbook!
