"It was to cold to grill outside last night so I roasted the asparagus. This was delish and family ate it like they have never eaten asparagus before asking for seconds."
"We loved this. I did add some onion powder and hickory smoked salt. I'm going to make this again. Next time I think I might try adding sliced apples under the roast and adding apple cider instead of water. But as is we thought it was very good.
Reviewed Texas Oven-Roasted Beef Brisket
"I loved this but being from TX and looking at the recipe I didn't think it had enough smoke. I added to the rub hickory smokey salt and smoked paprika. I then added liquid smoke after the rub had been applied, about 4-5 good shakes on each side for two 1/2 pd brisket. I also let it sit for several hours in the fridge. My family loved it.
