Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili
"Sorry, but you should not even call this Chili. It has no chile peppers or chili powde or chili flavor. You should call it chipotle & bean spaghetti sauce with all those tomatoes, beans and just a little beef. What a dissapointment from a pretty good chef. Not a bad dish, but defenitely not chili."
About Me
I am a 70 year old male that has been cooking all my life. My wife and I raised a family of 5 children and I did most of the cooking. My mother was a wonderful cook and her, along with my sister and brother-in-law that are both incredible cooks, I have been inspired to love and enjoy cooking. I like trying new things, but I especially like taking old comfort food recipes and perfecting them into incredible gourmet recipes. Simple things like meatloaf, chili, chicken fried steak, salisbury steak, gumbo, beef stew, mashed potatoes, potatoe salad and cole slaw are just some of the recipes that I have worked on for many hours, cooking them over and over until I have what I think is the perfect recipe. I am still trying to perfect crabcakes and clam chowder, but have a ways to go.
