Seriously? I am a home cook and I not only know what all these items are, I have them all always stocked! Chipotle in adobo are canned chilis in a spicy sauce. This mojo/marinade made the very BEST beef I've ever had. I used it on a tri-tip and then grilled it hot and fast, leaving the interior more or less medium with the outside dark. SOOO very, very delicious and I'm not often a beef fan. Will definitely be using this over and over and over again. Thank you VERY much, Tyler!
