Reviewed Spicy Chicken Tenders with Honey-Mustard

I tried this because I was looking for a gluten-free version; I followed the recipe to a "T" but skipped the flour (gluten. I sooooo wanted to like this but it was absolutely awful. The cornmeal did give it crunch but the texture and flavor were horrendous. Sorry Giada, but this one is a total miss."

Sorry Rachael but not one of your better dishes. Followed the recipe to a "T" but it was much too salty. Next time, if there is a next time, I'll cut back on the fish sauce and curry paste to cut down on the sodium and up the amount of vegetables.
