"My husband made this salmon for me for Valentine's Day. He served it with roasted cauliflower and potatoes. All I can say is WOW!! I am making it again for a dinner party this weekend. It was out of this world!! I'm sure it would be excellent as tacos as well, but we enjoyed it so much this way, why mess with it again? "
Reviewed Cowboy Steak with Coffee and Chili Rub
"Hy husband used this rub on Salmon for our Valentine's dinner. It was out of this world! He used regular coffee as opposed to espresso, so perhaps the coffee flavor wasn't as strong as some raters have specified. I absolutely love it!! We froze the left over rub, and I can't wait to use it again. It goes very nicely with roasted cauliflower and potatoes. Yummy! "
