He did say that. And- it "should be" common sense.

Simply amazing. I am not even a huge roast fan but I LOVED this. I did reduce the cooking time because I used a smaller roast and less veggies. Common sense dictates that you have to adjust cooking time for how much you are making. I made this the day after the episode aired, for sunday dinner- and invited all of my inlaws. There was NOTHING left....

This was really good! I loved the slight heat from the jalapenos and you can never go wrong with potatoes and onions! The BBQ sauce added amazing flavor. I did use provolone cheese instead of monterey jack. The fried egg on top was the perfect addition."

Ridiculously good! Aside from the first 2 that I burned because I wasn't paying attention, this recipe is amazing! So so flavorful. I loved it. I was also about to make 6 chimichangas following this recipe. I will most definitely make this again. (Caution: the recipe makes WAY MORE of the sour cream sauce than needed, I'd reduce by half)"

This recipe has so much potential, but was a real let down. It sounded really good! The issue was the meat. The bbq this recipe creates is really, really good! However, my meat was not. The fat did not render AT ALL, the meat was super gritty. Maybe I just somehow picked a terrible brisket, because every bite was awful because of the gritty and ch"

This was really easy to make and was very flavorful. I used bone-in chicken breasts since that is what I had on hand. My daughter who loves anything with lemons absolutely loved this. "

After watching Ina make this on her show this week, I just had to try them!

After reading some reviews I decided to use a good parmesan cheese instead of the fontina, for a stronger flavor, and then also increased the amount of chives I added. Also, per suggestions, I refrigerated these for over 24hrs.

This recipe was in the most recent issue of the Food Network Magazine and so far, my husband and I have made this twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner.

This recipe is super easy to make, the only "time consuming" part is waiting for the squash to roast and the onions to caramelize. It wasn't like you were constantly doing...

I followed this recipe exactly...except I doubled it in order to create a large amount. I shredded all of my cheese to ensure even distribution. For the cheddar I used one block of Extra Sharp and one block of Medium. For the topping, I just used panko bread crumbs, as a personal preference. This was THE BEST mac n cheese I have ever had. AMAZING....
