Wow. Just like Buca Di Beppo's pasta Arribiatta. I cooked both sweet and hot Italian sausages, polenta and sauce the night before and just reheated everything the next day. Dinner done in 10 minutes and it was even better the next day. My eight year old couldn't get enough! Thanks foe a great easy recipe!

AWESOME! I was looking for a gluten and dairy free way to make cauliflower and tried this recipe. It was incredible. Two adults and an 8 year old ate an entire head of cauliflower.
