Reviewed Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

"First time making scones from scratch:
Modifications made:
-used half and half instead of heavy cream.
-froze the butter before adding it to the flour mixture.
-used 3 TBS sugar and added lemon zest to the batter b/c I didn't make the glaze.
The batter was quite sticky, but I managed to form it into a log and cut it.
