"Excellent. Perfect flavor combinations. I added a little extra cumin and salt but thats all. Served on warm corn tortillas (I'm told by my husband from CA that is how you are supposed to serve them) with homemade guacomole, sour cream, lettuce, beans and rice on the side. Awesome. Now I have the leftovers that i can make enchiladas, tamales, burri"
"sorry. this chicken tasted really good, but don't use the recommended amount of bleu cheese. WAY TOO MUCH. it wrecked the dish. I usually use gorgonzola so i wanted to try a recipe with bleu cheese as they are similar. Yuck. Don't waste your money. We threw it in the trash."
"If you want to make good old "boudin balls", this is about as close as you are going to get at home (and you know exactly what is in them). They are time consuming, but not difficult, and definitely worth the wait"
