This is one of the best received desserts I have ever served at a party. The recipe didn't split the sugar in the ingredient list, so I added too much sugar to the peaches before cooking. I corrected this by adding the juice and zest of a whole lemon to the peaches then cooking it. I had individual ramekins, so I spread out the peaches into 8- 4 o"

Fabulous! Had to use light brown sugar and all pecans for the nuts due to pantry insufficiency! Added a split vanilla bean full of seeds to the liquid and it added a beautiful vanilla scent and taste to this-absolutely perfect! Tried it a second time and did not have maple syrup, used agave and the granola burnt-do not try, just follow the recipe...
