Great recipe! Easy way to use extra chicken you have in the fridge. Used only 4 cups of chicken stock and didnt use the bouillon cubes. Substituted the small onions for celery and red potatoes, and used only about 1/2 the bag of peas - it was perfect! Baked in a 9x9 casserole dish for 1 hour and turned out beautiful! Will definitely be keeping ...
