Reviewed Spicy Parmesan Green Beans and Kale

Very tasty, even without the parmesan. I can't have dairy right now. And I didn't have red pepper flakes so I substituted with cayenne pepper, it still gave it a kick and it turned out delicious. It tastes like very flavorful "greens" and without the Parmesan I imagine its very healthy. "
