Reviewed Charred Tomato Soup with Melted Mozzarella

"My whole family thought this soup was FABULOUS!!! I used a reisling wine instead of the vermouth and I left it on the stove for a few hours to let the flavors merge together and that tomato acid taste went away. No extra sugar needed. It was a little time consuming but it made enough for lunch the next day!"

Reviewed Fresh Baked Ham with Whisky and Cola Glaze

"I have made this ham for about 6 years now and it is referred to as "MY Ham" and is always a hit. It's super easy, so much that I can do it by memory now :) I always tell everyone that it's an Emeril Recipe they can't belive it's so easy :)"
