Reviewed Roasted Tomato Bruschetta
"The topping is wonderful, but this is not Bruschetta. The bread gets soggy and it just doesn't come close to comparing to real Bruschetta. The topping would be great as a dipping "sauce" or on Fucaccia."
"A remarkably easy and tasty dish! I've been using Hanger Steak for a year or two, but this prep and the advice to - not overcook - made it better than ever. The shallot/cherry sauce is delightful. My kids (17 and 13) loved it along with the sweet potato fries and roasted asparagus I served with this. We'll definitely be enjoying this recipe again, and again, and again. Thanks Claire!"
